A lifetime resident of the Ouachita Mountains, Keith has a deep abiding love for this area. His great grandfather created a homestead deep in the Shady Mountains on Sugar Creek, and Keith was raised on a farm just over the mountains close by. Farming and land management with tractors and bull dozers have always brought him great joy, buying his first tractor when just a teenager. After his marriage to Sharon, the couple reared their son and two daughters on a farm where they had a large breeder hen house and raised beef cattle. Together, the family worked, and were honored in 1990 with the Polk County Farm Family of the Year Award. As time passed, Keith's passion for the Ouachitas developed into a Real Estate Career. He decided there was no better way to love the land than to share your knowledge and help others realize their dream of owning property in these beautiful mountains he has always called home. Keith served on the Mena Area Board of Realtors for many years as a director and two terms as President of the Board.
