With us coming from out of state to look at properties we needed a realtor who was willing to work with us when we could get there. We take our time when looking at property, we walk the home, the out buildings, around the land if its walkable 🙂, then re-walk the house etc. he was right there walking all over with us and happily so. Never hurrying us. Ryan previewed property for us, sent photos, called and gave us a honest pros and cons report on properties. That was helpful!
